Hi I’m Austin,
When I come on a project my goal is to understand the core of any story and figure out how best to bring that to life. I try to see each project with a fresh perspective and find unique solutions to serve it whether through underwater, aerial, or any other specialty technique. Ive been lucky enough to shoot all around the world in all sorts of strange environments which I think has given me a sense of resourcefulness and adaptability which I tend to draw from. I find creativity is often limited by ourselves so team collaboration and improvisation are two aspects I try to bring out on on set. I don’t believe in a single “right” way of doing things, but rather in trusting the process and finding our own way of getting there whether by land, sea, or air.
On my free time you can find me living in a foreign country, diving in a dark underwater hole, or making fresh ski tracks :)
